Synopsis[]
Perion interrogates Medea regarding the high priest and the fake oracle. Realising that they shared a common enemy, Perion agrees to an alliance under the condition that Medea defeats him in a swords match. If Perion triumphs, Medea must renounce her title, the ring bearing the Solon crest, and her pinky finger. Meanwhile, Eros refuses to end the engagement and proposes an arranged marriage under the guise of maintaining stability within the empire. Psyche gives Eros 100 days to change her mind before she breaks off the engagement.
