Dahlia has black hair, which is typically tied up in a bun and adorned with headbands. Her eyes are pale blue, a color she is seen wearing often. She is commonly seen wearing various necklaces and earrings.

In her debut episode, Dahlia leads the pre-trial meeting of the Reformists on whether or not to support Medea Solon. She is shortly after demoted from her position as the Head of the Reformists in place of Perion Sov Vasilios.

Etymology[]
Dahlias are a flower native to Mexico. The name of the flower is debated but widely considered Swedish, meaning "valley". In flower language, Dahlias can mean dignity and instability, and when gifted mean "thine to the last."
Trivia[]
- It is unclear whether Dalia is currently the head of the Reformists. In Episode 74 she is shown to lead the Reformists meeting, but after Perion's absorbing of the Reformists, both are shown leading the faction at different times.
- Dahlia had been in the series for almost 50 episodes prior to her name being revealed in Episode 120.
